Schedule courses to be available in the future
You can schedule courses to become available at a future date, so they will appear in the “My Courses” section for users at the designated time. There are a few ways to achieve this depending on your setup:
1. Use Course Access Settings
- Go to the Learning Management > Courses in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Hover over desired course and press Edit

- Under Settings, scroll to the Access Settings section.
- Set the course status to Closed, and in the access expiration or drip-feed options, configure when the course will become accessible.

- Note: The course will still appear in “My Courses”, but the user cannot start the course until set Start Date

2. Schedule the Course as a WordPress Post
- WordPress allows scheduling posts and pages, including courses.
- Go to the Learning Management > Courses in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Hover over desired course and press Edit

- In the Publish box (top-right corner), change the Publish Immediately option to a future date and time.
- Save your changes.

- Note: The course will automatically appear on the website and in “My Courses” for enrolled users at the specified time.
